How many languages do you support?+
We support over 100 languages. Translations are handled by our in-house team and partner network of native translators, utilizing CAT (computer-assisted translation) tools to ensure consistent terminology.
How do you assure translation quality?+
Every translation is checked by a second native speaker, guided by client-specific glossaries and style guides. Translator performance is scored and reviewed in line with our ISO 9001 quality system.

Do you use machine translation?+

Printing
What can you print?+
Manuals, catalogs, brochures, leaflets, labels, boxes, blister packs, and posters — in offset and digital, delivered through our trusted printing partner network under Crestec quality control.
What finishing options are available?+
Saddle-stitch and perfect binding, UV coating, PP lamination, hot/foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, folding, and hole punching.
How do you control print quality?+
In-house inspection standards covering color, finishing, and assembly. We have worked alongside local Thai printing partners since 1996, providing technical guidance and ISO-based quality education.
On-Demand Printing (ODP)
What is Crestec's ODP service?+
Our in-house digital black-and-white printing service, started in 2024 — up to A3 size, with no minimum quantity. Ideal for small runs and quick turnarounds.
What about color or larger jobs?+
Color printing, large formats, and full production runs are delivered through our printing partner network.
Packaging
What does the packaging service include?+
Packaging design proposals suited to local materials, culture, and market trends — with pre-production sampling before mass production, and QCD-conscious design throughout.
Can you also produce the packaging?+
Yes — vanity boxes, packaging, and blister packs via our printing services, including die cutting, box making, and flexography.
Packaging Materials
What materials do you supply?+
Stretch film, PP band, tape, rubber gloves, cable ties, microfiber wipes, industrial cleaning wipes, and O-rings — sourced through our vetted supplier network.
Can I combine materials supply with other services?+
Yes — packaging materials are commonly combined with our Fulfillment service for a single supply chain.
Fulfillment
What is the Fulfillment service?+
Complete fulfillment solutions: warehousing, kitting and compiling, labelling, distribution, and QC-QA — with BPO outsourcing and product recall support available alongside.
What does product recall support cover?+
Documentation, replacement material production, and the logistics coordination needed when a recall happens — handled quickly and confidentially.
Where do fulfillment operations run?+
From our Sriracha warehouse in the Pinthong Industrial Estate (Chonburi), which also houses QC operations.
